About Me

Welcome to Roots and Realms! My legal name is Justin, however, many know me as Jay, I happily go by both. I am a professional evidential psychic medium, spiritual guide, and mentor. From an early age, I felt a deep isolation from walking a path that was different than what was true for me. For a long time, I simply followed what others told me was right for me, and I eventually found myself so limited in who I was that I gave up on myself in many ways. I suppressed my abilities of being connected to my intuition and  higher consciousness, and have since liberated myself in many ways. I seek to help others find personal freedom through deeply innate connections with the eternal energies we all have access to. 

For the last 3 years, I’ve used my spiritual abilities in a variety of ways. I offer psychic/mediumship readings, personalized mentorships, and mystical experiences in both my personal life and in professional settings. These experiences often create impactful and diverse perspectives on who we are. I use my abilities to help individuals come to a sacred personal union with themselves and the infinite spirit/love available to us. I guide and read energy through simple, grounded, practical approaches such as meditation, grounding, chanting, dancing, direct spirit channeling, evidence based approaches, and exploratory modems. Through my work, I aim to empower people to recognize the eternal flame within their soul, the steady breeze of consciousness, heal the sacred and beautiful emotions that we have been taught to suppress, and help connect individuals with experiences that transcend the current widespread understanding of reality.

I enjoy giving readings and assisting others in their consciousness journey. I love to help individuals trust their own intuitive abilities while deepening their relationship with mother earth, the universe, and themselves.
